The first development of 14 houses in Woking in Surrey was completed in March 2005 at a cost of £1.7m.
A second phase was completed in Guildford in July 2005
A third development of 24 dwellings near Horsham in West Sussex is starting on site early 2007.
A private development of flats is planned in Redhill.
Other developments are planned in Woking and near Chichester.
